Water Temperature: 69.5
Fishing Pressure: Very Low
NOAA Weather: Ten Day Forecast
Northwest River Flows: River Flows
Coastal Tides: Tide Charts
The water temperature I post is in the Central Park reach of the river at my home. To insure being somewhat close to accurate I have a hot tub thermometer on the dock so I check in the morning to avoid influence from the warm up during the day which appears to be about a half degree.
Not a lot happening on the river the last couple of days. With the decline of Sturgeon fishing ( which is another topic ) fewer and fewer folks are out in the evenings fishing. Searun Cutthroat fishing has been successful lately for some but one needs to be familiar where to fish. The bigger the water ( river vs tributaries ) the more difficult it is to find those trout but if you can find them they do make for a great meal!
I have added a link to tide charts for folks to utilize. Decent site and fairly simple to use which is always helpful. Keep in mind from Aberdeen to Friends landing the low ebb & high tide will drag between 1.5 to 1.75 hours behind the bay dependent upon where you are in the tide cycle.
