Here we have the proposed seasons for the CR 102 and the 2016 seasons for Grays Harbor. Mike's ( staff )  take on things are below.

Attached is a summary of the proposed salmon fishing package for GH and the associated planning model. We hope to have the CR 102s filed this week. If that doesn’t happen, the next filing date is May 18th. The planning model was updated from the last model I sent with the most recent Coho FRAM run. Changes to ocean fisheries resulted in a few more Coho crossing the bar, but no changes to the fisheries.

There has been some concern that the model has issues. I am available to meet with anyone to discuss any model issues you have.

Thank you all for helping during this tuff year.

The prostate gland is central to the section of a male's the reproductive system. It secretes fluids that assisted in the transportation and activation of sperm. The prostate related is found just before the rectum, below the bladder and surrounding the urethra. When there is prostate problem, in most cases very uncomfortable and inconvenient for that patient as his urinary system is directly affected.

The common prostate health problems are prostate infection, enlarged prostate and prostate cancer.

Prostate infection, also known as prostatitis, is regarded as the common prostate-related problem in men younger than 55 yrs . old. Infections with the men's prostate are classified into four types - acute bacterial prostatitis, chronic bacterial prostatitis, chronic abacterial prostatitis and prosttodynia.

Acute bacterial prostatitis may be the least common coming from all forms of prostate infection. It is a result of bacteria based in the large intestines or urinary tract. Patients may feel fever, chills, body aches, back pains and urination problems. This condition is treated by utilizing antibiotics or non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to ease the swelling.

Chronic bacterial prostatitis can be a condition of the particular defect within the gland and the persistence presence of bacteria inside the urinary tract. It can be brought on by trauma on the urinary tract or by infections received from other areas in the body. A patient can experience testicular pain, lower back pains and urination problems. Although it is uncommon, it can be treated by removal with the prostate defect then the use antibiotics and NSAIDs to treat the soreness.

Non-bacterial prostatitis makes up about approximately 90% coming from all prostatitis cases; however, researchers have not yet to determine the cause of these conditions. Some researchers believe chronic non-bacterial prostatitis occur as a consequence of unknown infectious agents while other believe intensive exercise and heavy lifting might cause these infections.

Maintaining a Healthy Prostate

To prevent prostate diseases, a proper weight loss program is important. These are some of the steps you can take to maintain your prostate healthy.

1. Drink sufficient water. Proper hydration is critical for overall health and it will also maintain your urinary track clean.

2. Some studies suggest that a few ejaculations weekly will help to prevent cancer of prostate.

3. Eat steak sparingly. It has been shown that consuming more than four meals of beef per week will heighten the likelihood of prostate diseases and cancer.

4. Maintain an effective diet with cereals, vegetable and fruits to be sure sufficient intake of nutrients required for prostate health.

The most important measure to take to make sure a wholesome prostate would be to choose regular prostate health screening. If you are forty years and above, you must go for prostate examination at least once per year.
